Pro starts at $29/month which includes 10 agents (humans + bots). Each additional agent beyond 10 is $4/month. When you add agents beyond your limit, we automatically adjust your billing. Removing agents frees up slots.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Yes, you can increase or decrease your seat count at any time. Seat increases take effect immediately. Decreases cannot go below your current member count.
